1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Saviors for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or proceed with our services.

2. Services and Proposals

Saviors provides Web3-focused marketing, growth, strategy, community, and campaign services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between Saviors and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, lawful materials, and any other inputs necessary for Saviors to perform the agreed work. Clients remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the content, assets, and instructions they provide.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, intellectual property, and proprietary assets. Final deliverables created and paid for under a client engagement may be assigned or licensed as specified in the applicable contract.

5. Payments and Commercial Terms

Fees, billing schedules, payment methods, refunds, and late payment consequences are governed by the applicable client agreement or invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted fees do not include taxes, third-party media spend, or platform costs.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Saviors provides its website and services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if required to protect our business, enforce these terms, respond to non-payment, address abusive conduct, or comply with legal obligations. Any termination rights in a client engagement are governed by the relevant written agreement.
